jenny craig lose a few pounds over weight slim up weight lose weight watchersAnyone out there interested in losing weight? I quit drinking all cokes about a year and a half ago and i tell you, that was the best thing i have ever done. I started sleeping better, My weight leveled off , i went from around 325 down to 280 fairly fast, within 3 months. The key is just quit them, dont drink diet cokes, they are worser, They will blow your stomach up like a balloon. So the weight stays on because of the amount of fluid you body seems to hold while drinking these.I personally dont drink anything but bottled water these days. You may ask why buy water? Well the water out of the tap here is so juiced up with chemicals i personally dont trust it to drink. Anyone wants to loose some weight just reply to this topic and i will try my best to give you some great tips along the way.

I had the chance to talk to Glen Keels from our Commercial Server team for a preview of some of the developments we’ll be discussing moving forward. Next week, Michael and other Dell executives will host a webcast at 10:30am Central time on Monday next week to talk about how advanced storage technology is evolving to become more accessible small and medium businesses. Beyond that, we’ll be sharing more details around how Dell will continue our focus on simplifying IT for businesses of all sizes.
In this vlog, Glenn explains how consolidation and virtualization will be a key part of that strategy. Beyond next week, there will be much more to come—we’ll soon be launching an Enterprise group blog that will feature Glenn and other members of the team who will blog about server, storage and corporate client topics.

As I hinted in my last post here, a rather large 2D web project has been taking my focus away from 3D initiatives lately. That project is a redesign of the home page of Dell.com.
How can one single web page be a big project? When it’s a page that gets more than 35 million visitors a week. When it is the subject of some of the most popular posts on IdeaStorm. When that one page is the entryway to both a corporate and a commerce site. When it must appeal to everyone from individual consumers to large corporate clients, from institutional investors to mainstream media and citizen journalists. When it has to be a place where a student can research a company for their freshman business class, and purchase a computer upon which to write that same paper.
This is the challenge faced as we roll out a beta test of a new design today in the United States. Canada will follow next week. More regions will offer the beta in the future. Here’s how it will work: 20% of visitors to Dell.com over the next week will be randomly selected for this beta test. 10% of that test audience will see the page as it is today. The other 10 % will see the redesigned page. We will then compare clickstream data and basic metrics from those two groups to determine if the new page works or not.
How will we know if it works? If customers tell us it is easier to find the right level of information they need-whether that means finding support for existing products or researching information for future purchases, or adding to the conversation. We don’t want to be an Irrelevant Corporate Website. To us, that means integrating community sites such as this blog, the Dell Community Forum, StudioDell and more. Customers like jorge are telling us the same thing on IdeaStorm.
Click on the image below to see a larger version of the screenshot.
What the redesign doesn’t do is what many have voted for—eliminate customer segmentation. We still believe segmentation offers benefits for the customer and here’s one reason why: when we have discussions with customers many of them say they dislike being asked to segment themselves when they begin shopping on dell.com; but, many also tell us that they use technology in very different ways and have different needs. An example of this is a recent survey of small business owners and decision makers conducted by Dell and the International Council for Small Business. This sort of feedback went into the development of the new Vostro line of notebooks and desktops, as well as the suite of services designed specifically to support small businesses. As Dell continues to differentiate the products and services we offer our customers, segmentation will begin to make more sense to site visitors.
So, if you visit Dell.com over the next week and see the new design, feel free to click on the “feedback” link at the footer of the page to let us know what you think. Or, you can come back here and share your comments on this post. I look forward to hearing even more opinions on this challenging page.

Earlier this week, we announced the Dell Precison M6300 mobile workstation. It joins the M4300 as our second mobile workstation based on Intel’s Santa Rosa chipset. The M6300 supports Core 2 Duo amd Extreme Edition processors up to the 2.8GHz X7900 processor, and the NVIDIA Quadro FX1600M for strong performance in graphics-intense applications that are commonly used by workstation customers. As far as displays, we offer two 17″ UltraSharp versions—one that supports 1440×900 resolution and another that supports 1920×1200.
Like the M4300, the M6300 supports up to 4GB DDR2 memory, and on the storage side, it supports optional 32GB solid state hard drives as well as traditional hard drives at capacities up to 200GB. Mobility is a key component, and we offer lots of flexibility there as well—Wi-Fi options include a/g/ and Draft-n; and on the mobile broadband side, we offer the Dell Wireless 5510 HSDPA card.
In this video, Mano Gialusis from the Precision team shares more details about the M4300 and M6300.

* 1 ½ dl (150 ml) sugar
* 4 dl (400 ml) flour

* 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder

2. Cream together butter and sugar.
3. Mix the dry ingredients and work them into the butter mixture.
4. Roll the dough into a rope; cut into 20-25 pieces.
5. Shape each piece into a ball.
6. Place the dough balls in small paper baking cups placed on a baking sheet.
7. Press to make rather large holes and spoon jam into the holes.
8. Bake in the middle of the oven for ab. 10-15 minutes
9. Cool the cookies.
The Swedish “Ekströms® Marsan powder” needs an explanation. The Swedish custard powder is always sweetened. Usually you mix this powder with milk to cook vanilla sauce or to cook vanilla custard. Maybe there are similar vanilla custard powders in other countries. Maybe not.
This is website with a few Swedish cookie recipes in English 4 Quick and easy traditional Swedish cookies . The dough of The Raspberry Caves is different from mine. The measurements are not metric.
Actually there are loads of cookie recipes in my country. Many of these very small sweet “cakes” are based on old traditions. Certain cookies, buns and cakes are tradition tied. A matter of memories to each individual - in a way.
Once there was an old tradition, no longer valid, to serve an assortment of seven kinds of cookies, cinnamon rolls and a cake at a Swedish coffee party. These coffee parties were called “kafferep”. I looked up the word “kafferep” in my Swedish-English Dictionary. Translation: Coffee fight. I was puzzled for a while. Then I remembered something.
Coffee was totally forbidden in Sweden in 1756, 1766 and 1794. Between 1817 -1822 coffee was prohibited to drink in public places. Why? Well, it had something to do with Swedish balance of trade. The purpose was to diminish Swedish imports. Were these events “coffee fights”? Who knows?

Earlier this week, we launched DellDirekte (www.delldirekte.no), our corporate blog in Norwegian. This
is the fourth language for the Dell corporate blogs, following Direct2Dell in
English, Chinese and Spanish.
Corporate blogs are not common in Norway. In
fact, we believe we are one of the first large companies to launch our own blog.
We are looking forward to following the
success of the other Dell blogs, and the other means of communication such as IdeaStorm and Dell Forums. In Dell Norway, we
sincerely believe a corporate blog is an excellent way to strengthen the
dialogue between ourselves and our stakeholders, first and foremost our
customers.
DellDirekte is obviously designed for
customers who prefer to communicate with Dell in Norwegian, although Danes and
Swedes will also most likely be able to understand the content. The blog will
focus on Dell’s operations in Norway, but will also feature translated content
from the English version of Direct2Dell that is worldwide in nature.
We look forward to hearing from all
stakeholders in Norway, and invite everyone familiar with the Norwegian
language to share comments, content ideas and feedback with the DellDirekte
team.

Video and slides of Dell CTO Dr. Kevin Kettler’s keynote at LinuxWorldExpo San Francisco a few weeks ago are now available. In it, he discussed the growing trends towards virtualization, in the Enterprise Datacenter, on Business Desktops, and on home desktops, and his vision of embedding virtualization to make systems “guest VM ready”. Based on your voting on IdeaStorm, he discussed Dell’s expansion of Ubuntu into the UK, Germany, and France and onto new systems in the US.
To save you a step, here’s the vlog of Kevin’s keynote.

Flesh of pork. Nothing exciting about that, but wait and see ….

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
* ab. 6 hg600 g) pork of fillet
* butter
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ab. 3/4 tablespoons pepper corns, black or white
* 1 - 2 dl (100 - 200 ml) whipping cream
METHOD:
1. Cut the pork of fillet into slices, 2 ½ cm thick [1 inch].
2. Give each slice a blow with the fist.
3. Fry and brown the slices in butter (the smallest amount possible).
4. Fry 3 - 4 min. on each side, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Put the slices in a hot pan to keep them warm.
6. Pour cream into the skillet, stir well and salt to taste.
7. Pour the cream gravy over the slices.
Serve with oven roasted potato wedges and a tomato salad.
This easy pork recipe can certainly lead you to a peak of sensuality.
Restaurant´s menus offer flambeed pepper steak. Stylish restaurants with complicated etiquette procedures and formalities.
The restaurant bill will be without rhyme and reason.
How to flambé the peppery pork fillet: Pour ½ dl (100 ml) hot cognac over the ready-fried pork slices. Ignite with a long match at the edge of the skillet. Blaze the flames with 2-3 tablespoons cream or put a lid over the flames. Remove pork from the skillet to a serving platter. Pour cream into the skillet and stir around. Spoon gravy on pork.
Warning: Keep your head away from the flames if you want to keep your face, hair and eyelashes undamaged!
If the meat is fried in too much butter, the pepper will fall off the meat. Avoid using purchased dried ground pepper. Use a mortar and pestle rather than a pepper grinder to crush the pepper corns. You shall really feel the etheric oil of roughly cracked pepper corns.
Here´s a website 4 How to flambé
