Another reason why windows xp sucks

I installed windows xp on the laptop today and setup al my drivers and such amd low and behold i download a piece of software that much have had a virus. The laptop froze up and i forcefully shut it down and when i restarted it “Wouldnt BOOT” I was thinking to myself this whole time after spending anhour or 2 installing everything , it was like time wasted. I should have dropped a copy of fedora or ubuntu or even suse in and my day would have been alot better off.
