burned up tomatos garden heat wave hot weather need water no rain southern heat tomatos water the garden weatherYou can tell that the dog days of summer has arrived in the deep south. Today was killer hot outside it hit 96 degrees and it looks like this kind of weather will last for the next 2 weeks. We have not had much rain at all and my garden is feeling it and i even water it every few days. I figure my garden will be history within the next 2 weeks the tomato’s are looking very dry on the tops now. I hate to see them go we have gotten tons of tomato’s out of there this year. Well maybe something will break soon and help us all out around here.
