Failure to Launch (2006)

Failure to Launch is a romantic comedy with a twist directed by Tom Dey the same guy who directed Shanghai Noon with Jackie Chan. He did a good job directing this movie also and the writers Tom J. Astle and Matt Ember wrote a very funny and entertaining story. The movie was released on 15 March in 2006 and was a great hit on the American theaters. Failure to Launch was filmed many different places but most importantly in Gadsden, Alabama, USA and Leesburg, Alabama, USA. The film did not win any awards but got however 4 nominations. The cast of the film also did a great performance filling out their role. Some of the actors you will see here are Matthew McConaughey, Sarah Jessica Parker, Zooey Deschanel, Justin Bartha and Bradley Cooper. With other words there are many talented actors in this movie which makes it all extra funny.

So here is a little bit about the story: Tripp is a thirty-five years old bachelor man that still lives with his parents, Al and Sue. Al and sue then hires Paula to play Tripps girlfriend simply to convince Tripp to move out from their home. After a while Paula and Tripp falls in love with each other but then Tripp friends starts to find out that Paula was only hired by his parents to seduce him to move out. After this the relationship goes downhill but their friends never gives up.
