They owner does not want to sell so the syndicate send a spy to make sure they buying goes smoothly. The problem is the spy falls in love with one of the staff.

The movie was directed by Bob Rafelson and he also wrote the story. It won a Golden Glob and one other nomination. Location if Birmingham, Alabama, USA and some of the actress and actors are Jeff Bridges, Sally Field, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
